What We Help Develop

Athletic Ability

You can't play your sport if you don't have the physical ability to perform the different skills and techniques required to make the sport what it is. Here at Super Ninja we design sport specific drills that will enhance your endurance, strength, speed, and sport specific skills.

Mental Toughness

Many people believe that developing physical skills and abilities in their sport is the best way to become a high performing athlete. While this is a very important aspect of your game that needs constant work, often the most growth and especially the ability to break through barriers to growth are best achieved through development of your mental game.

Teamwork and Leadership Skills

Regardless of whether you play a team sport or not, teamwork and leadership skills can be of use in your sport. Many of the skills required to be a great teammate can also help you be a better individual.

The Process

Step 1 - Consultation

“Know from whence you came. If you know whence you came, there are absolutely no limitations to where you can go.” - James Baldwin

First things first, we need to find out where you are and where you want to be and then we can figure out how to line these two things up. This means going through the important measurable aspects of your sport and measuring your current performance. This process also includes discovering your preferred learning styles so your program can be customized for maximum learning.

Step 2 - Develop Training Schedule

We will then look at your schedule and work with you to develop a schedule that works for you.

Step 3 - Introduce Tools for Growth

Through extensive study and personal practice, Super Ninja has created and refined several tools to enhance your implementation of high performance skills and techniques during practice and competition. While it is important for you to know and understand the different techniques and skills for mental training (which we can lead you to the appropriate resources if necessary), we believe that it is more important for you to be able to implement these techniques easily and often in all aspects of your training.
