What are your hours?
Xtreme Challenge is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We don't need sleep, however, your party's participation is by pre-reservation ONLY. Please call us at 303-834-1081 for availability, or refer to our contact us page to request more information.
Do you ever host drop ins?
Yes we do! Our Drop-In activities are most often for ages 7-12, and our most popular drop-ins are during our spring, summer, fall, or winter day camps. We also have regular 10am drop-in every Saturday.
Please visit our drop in page for a calendar of upcoming drop-ins. If you would like to organize a drop-in that is not on our calendar, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. You can also sign up for the Xtreme Challenge Newsletter to be notified of all drop-in times as well as our many other special events.
Is your venue appropriate for young children?
Xtreme Challenge is designed for ages 2-102. Our Certified coaching staff caters every event to the participants. Size is the most important factor we take into consideration at our arena, so we try to keep groups to similar age groups at all times. With over 200 events and challenges all with differing levels of difficulty, our coaches are trained to know which activities will be best suited for your group's size and skill level.
What if I need to re-schedule or cancel my party?
There is a $50 rescheduling fee if you cannot make your originally scheduled time. If you need to cancel your party, as stated in your contract, your deposit is non-refundable.
Can I bring my own food into the party room?
We have partnered exclusively with Pizza Hut (other pizza companies are not allowed). You may view their menu at www.pizzahut.com or call them at (303) 799-6566. Pizza Hut is the only pizza that may be brought into the arena. HOWEVER, by request, you may bring in other outside (non-pizza) food if you wish. We recommend a 24 hour pre-order time to make sure pizza is available and arrives on time.
We do not allow coolers, crockpots, or skillets in the facility and we ask that you please refrain from bringing chips and small candies. All food brought into the facility must be consumed in YOUR pre-reserved party room table area ONLY. PLEASE NO EXCEPTIONS!
Do you have a freezer for ice cream?
Yes. A refrigerator and freezer are available for your use.
What if I do not have a group of 12 people or more?
Smaller groups of 6 or more participants can be joined together for a non-private activity. Please call us for availability at 303-834-1081.
How many people can you accommodate?
Our arena can accommodate groups of up to 575 people. We often host After Proms, lock-ins and church youth groups. For larger group sizes, please call us at 303-834-1081 for all available options. Please visit one of our many options under the Group Events heading in the navigation bar.
Can you go on location?
Yes. Xtreme Challenge is completely mobile. Please call us at 303-834-1081 to find out how to bring Xtreme Challenge to your corporate lunch, youth group fundraiser, high school after prom, or if you just want to have Xtreme Challenge fun in an outdoor setting. You can also visit our On Location page for more information.
Can a younger or older sibling play along?
Older and younger siblings are encouraged to play along with the group. For groups ages 7 and up; siblings ages 6 and younger must be supervised by an adult at all times and will be counted as a participant if they are on the arena floor.
Is there a charge for parents?
For an ADULT to spectate and or take pictures at a youth event is always totally free! However to PLAY on equipment requires a per participant charge for any adult guests who wish to play. AS A COURTESY PLEASE LET OUR FRONT DESK KNOW, WHICH ADULTS WISH TO PAY FOR THEMSELVES TO PLAY and WHICH ARE JUST 100% SPECTATING. Your coach will identify participants by the color of their wristband. All adults entering the arena floor must complete a waiver form, regardless of whether they are joining in play-based activities or simply taking photos. Please make certain other adults with your group are aware of this requirement.
Please be aware, too many bodies inhibit your coaches from setting up and accomplishing some of the super exciting stunts and challenges safely. We do invite adult spectators to stay (it's so fun to watch!) However we do request that they hang out on the edges/sidelines or on the seated bleachers, and not in the middle of the arena areas. If a bunch of your guests parents choose to stay, please make them aware of this safety issue.
